Our commitment

Every scheduled medicine sold on RogSeva is priced at or below the ceiling price fixed by the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) under the Drug Price Control Order, 2013. We never charge above the printed MRP, and never above an NPPA ceiling where one applies. In practice almost everything in our catalog is sold at a discount to MRP.

What the NPPA does

The NPPA is the government body that fixes and revises prices for medicines listed in the National List of Essential Medicines, and monitors the prices of everything else. It issues ceiling-price notifications and circulars that every retailer in India — including us — is bound by. Those documents are public, and we'd rather link you to the source than ask you to take our word for it.

How to check a price yourself

  1. Note the medicine's brand name, composition and pack size from the product page.
  2. Look it up on Pharma Sahi Daam or the NPPA ceiling-price list linked above.
  3. Compare the ceiling price for that pack size against what we charge.

Think we've overcharged you?

Tell us. Email with your order ID, the product name and the NPPA notification or ceiling price you're referring to. If the price we charged was above the applicable ceiling, we will correct the listing and refund the difference — no argument, no need to escalate first. You always retain the right to complain to the NPPA directly regardless of what we do.
