Every account gets 100 free credits at signup — enough for roughly 8–20 full 360° AI reports a month, depending on report length. Appointments, medications, encrypted health records, lab bookings, and provider search are always free and never use credits.
Monthly refill
Your balance is automatically topped back up to 100 each month. Refills never reduce a balance — extra credits carry over.

Invite a friend: they get +50 credits at signup, you get +50 when they generate their first report — up to 25 rewards (1,250 credits).

How credits work
1 credit = 1,000 AI tokens. You're charged only for what a request actually uses (minimum 1 credit per AI call), and every charge appears in your credit ledger.

What exactly is a credit?
1 credit = 1,000 AI tokens. We charge only for the tokens your request actually uses, rounded up to the next credit (minimum 1 credit per AI call). Your dashboard shows a full ledger of every charge.
What happens when my credits run out?
AI report generation and follow-up chat pause until your balance recovers — everything else (appointments, medications, records, lab bookings) keeps working. Your free balance refills automatically each month, or you can earn more through referrals.
Do unused credits expire?
No. The monthly refill only tops you back up to 100 — it never reduces what you have. Credits above 100 (from referrals or packs) simply carry over.
How do referral credits work?
Share your referral code from your credits page. Your friend gets +50 credits at signup, and you get +50 once they generate their first report. You can earn up to 25 referral rewards (1,250 credits).
Is there a subscription?
No. RogSeva has no subscription plans — the free tier is free forever, and when you need more AI usage you buy a one-time credit pack. Nothing recurring, nothing to cancel.
