1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and M/S SAI MEDICAL STORE ("RogSeva", "we", "us"), the company that owns and operates the RogSeva Medical platform. By creating an account or using RogSeva Medical in any way, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Medical Care

RogSeva provides AI-assisted informational guidance across Allopathy, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, and Unani medicine. It is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, advice, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or healthcare provider with any questions you have about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or received from this platform. If you believe you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your profile up to date. You must be able to legally consent to use a health platform in your jurisdiction, or use it under the supervision of a parent/guardian where applicable.

4. Acceptable Use

Use the platform for its intended purpose — managing your own (or, as a provider, your patients') health information. Don't attempt to access another user's data without authorization, disrupt the service, or use the platform to distribute anything unlawful or harmful.

5. Provider Accounts

Healthcare providers using the platform to manage appointments and patients are responsible for the accuracy of the clinical information they enter and for maintaining appropriate licensure to practice. RogSeva does not independently verify professional credentials beyond what is submitted during onboarding.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Core features are currently free to use — see our Pricing page for current plan status. Where paid plans are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be presented clearly before you're charged, and you may cancel a paid plan at any time from your account settings. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on eligibility and how refunds are processed.

7. Content You Provide

You retain ownership of the health data and content you upload. By using the platform you grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you (see our Privacy Policy for details on how it's protected).

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep RogSeva available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features that depend on third-party AI providers or integrations may be temporarily degraded or unavailable if those providers experience issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

RogSeva and its team are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated or traditional-medicine guidance provided through the platform. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be flagged in-app.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of RogSeva Medical shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mahoba, Uttar Pradesh.
