Refund & Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing — you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
• If you cancel within 7 days of an initial paid subscription purchase and have not substantially used the paid features, you're eligible for a full refund.
• After the 7-day window, subscription fees for the current billing period are non-refundable, but no further charges will occur after cancellation.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

• Lab test bookings cancelled before sample collection or provider confirmation are eligible for a full refund.
• Bookings cancelled after a sample has been collected or a service has been rendered are generally not refundable, since costs have already been incurred with the service provider.
• If a booking is cancelled by the provider or lab (e.g. due to unavailability), you'll receive a full refund automatically.

Appointments cancelled more than 4 hours before the scheduled time are fully refundable. Cancellations closer to the appointment time, or missed appointments, may be subject to the individual provider's cancellation policy, which will be shown at the time of booking once paid consultations launch.

Once paid features are live, refund requests can be raised from your account's billing section, or by emailing with your account email and transaction details. We aim to process eligible refund requests within 5–7 business days.

Payments, when active, are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateway. RogSeva does not store your card or bank details — refunds are issued directly through the gateway to your original payment method.
