Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed on business days (Mon–Sat), excluding public holidays.
• Orders containing a prescription (Rx) medicine are dispatched only after our pharmacist has verified your prescription. This usually happens the same working day.
• You receive an email — and an SMS where available — with the courier name and tracking number as soon as the parcel is handed over.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, courier delays, strikes and regional restrictions can push them out, and we'll tell you if that happens to your order.

• Free delivery on orders of ₹1,000 and above, everywhere we deliver.
• Below ₹1,000, a flat ₹50 per order — the same whatever your pincode or parcel weight.
• The amount is shown in your cart and again before you pay. There are no handling or convenience fees, and nothing is ever added after payment.
• There is no minimum order value. You can order a single ₹10 item if that is all you need.

• We ship within India only. We do not accept international orders.
• You can check your pincode on any product page before ordering.
• A small number of pincodes are not serviceable because of courier coverage or regulatory restrictions on shipping medicines. If your order turns out to be undeliverable, we cancel it and refund in full — you are never charged for an order we cannot ship.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders are prepaid through Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking and wallets). This keeps dispensing records tied to a verified payment, which is what the pharmacy's statutory record-keeping requires.

Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. If all three attempts fail — nobody available, address unreachable, phone not answered — the parcel is returned to the pharmacy. We then refund the product value; a delivery charge, where one was paid, is not refunded because the courier leg was actually performed. Please keep the phone number on your order reachable so this doesn't happen.

• Every parcel is sealed in tamper-evident packaging and shipped discreetly — no medicine names printed on the outside.
• Temperature-sensitive items are packed with appropriate protection.
• Do not accept a parcel whose seal is broken or which looks tampered with. Refuse it at the door and tell us — we will replace or refund it in full.
